Project goals

This is a system administration / DevOps project where I built two Linux Ubuntu servers, one for hosting Nginx proxy and another Node.js server. I learned how to host my own VPS servers, administer Linux servers and firewalls, open ports in the router, and set up SSH remote access. I used Docker for containerization of Nginx, MongoDB database, and Node.js. I hosted my own portfolio website for over a year on domain coded.in.rs before retiring the project.
